To be the primary interface on all innovation and design requests between customer and Jasan internal support teams.
Ensuring all customer’s innovation and design services are understood, executed and delivered to customer’s satisfaction. Playing a key part in creating a competitive advantage for Jasan Socks and a best in class innovation and design position in the socks industry.
成為客戶和健盛內(nèi)部支持團(tuán)隊(duì)之間所有創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)要求的主要接口。確保所有客戶的創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)得到理解、執(zhí)行和交付,使客戶滿意。在為健盛襪子創(chuàng)造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和在襪子行業(yè)創(chuàng)造***創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)地位方面發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)
Ensure all customer innovation and design service requirements are clearly understood, documented and executionable in regards of scope, deliverable and timeline.
確保所有客戶的創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)要求被清楚地理解、記錄下來(lái),并在范圍、可交付性和時(shí)間表方面可執(zhí)行。
61 Manage all customer incoming request in regards to innovation and design services as a central customer point for all accounts.
作為所有客戶的中心客戶點(diǎn),管理所有客戶在創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)方面的請(qǐng)求。
61 Clarify with the customer all requested services, deliverables (i.e. samples, presentations, trends forecast), formats in which the service is to be delivered and timeline.
與客戶闡明所有要求的服務(wù),交付成果(如樣品,演示,趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)),服務(wù)交付的格式和時(shí)間線。
61 Ensure all customer expectations are managed, agreed and aligned with realistic achievable targets.
確保所有客戶的期望得到管理、同意并與現(xiàn)實(shí)可實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)相一致。
61 Prepare clear documentation on customer’s innovation and design request for internal Jasan handover and execution. Also ensure alignment with the relevant merchandising team who oversees the account.
為客戶的創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計(jì)要求準(zhǔn)備清晰的文件,以便健盛內(nèi)部交接和執(zhí)行。同時(shí)確保與監(jiān)督該客戶的相關(guān)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)保持一致。
